Business Analyst
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
Analyse all business channel through MIS and reporting method
Providing analysis result to all business head including recommendation as basis for management tactical and strategy decision
Providing information from available official data which relate to business area
Database management to develop propencity matrices
Support management in preparing annual strategic planning
Conduct ad hoc business case preparation
Compile and monitor ADC expense
Develop and maintain the performance distribution dashboard for ADC covering DM/TM, In-branch and other channels to be developed.
Provide analysis as basis for management tactical and strategic decisions with scope covering production drivers (drilled down to team level), persistency, compensation validation, product/modal mix
Provide quantitative and qualitative information for management use in developing strategic plan ’s

Requirements:
Bachelor degree any discipline with minimum GPA 2,75
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business analysis or MIS management
Capability to negotiate and handle issues with external and internal parties
A sound knowledge of the life insurance business, company products and processes
Strong numerical skills

Administration And Finance Officer
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
Monitors performance of AFO staffs within his/her responsibility respect to standards of accuracy, timeliness and productivity, and takes corrective action where necessary
Approves majority and various business transactions up to predefined authority limits.
Develops the service pledge and performance standard of the team so as to meet the business and customer needs.
Create and implements procedures, processes and projects for process streamlining of operations and service improvement initiatives in the unit AFO.
Supervise the performance of AFO staffs including coaching and mentoring,
Manages relationships with Agents to manage the expectation and ensure the office operation is complying with SLFI standards.
Support cash count in B&C and as requirement of audit control.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree any field withminimum GPA 2,75.
Ideally having a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Insurance Industry.
Good knowledge of Life Insurance.
Customer Service Oriented.
Computer literate and competent with Microsoft Word, Excel.
Good in English would be advantage.
