Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
Maintaining a good and professional working relationship with bank partner
Train and coach Insurance Relation Advisor to achieve target
Provide sales productivity reports to Bancassurance Manager
Maintaining a good working relationship with all internal and external customers
Requirements:
Male / Female, maximum 35 years old
Minimum S1 Degree, any discipline
Minimum 3 years of working experience as Relation Manager preferable in Insurance Industry ( Bancassurance )
Having a strong analytical and conceptual thinking
Target oriented and strong leadership skills
Good Performance, strong communication skills and highly self confidence
Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
Project Management Office Manager
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
Providing a framework to establish standard performance measures based on organizational goals and objectives
Provides training in project management team and applied project tools to team members
Ensure project management standard are followed
Manage project budget and resource allocation
Manage people and source are involved on project
Present reports defining plans, problems and resolutions to appropriate levels of management
Requirements:
Male / Female, max. 35 years old
Min. S1 Degree, any discipline
Min. 3 years of working experience in Project Management Office preferable in Insurance Industry
Having Six Sigma Certification, preferebly Black Belt
Having a strong analytical and conceptual thinking
Target oriented and strong leadership skills
Legal Manager
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
Prepares legal drafting, review and handles operating contracts
Works with representatives from various departments on developing and modifying practices and procedures to conform with legal requirements
Provides advice and counsel on a variety of legal matters or problems involving the company
Represents the company in certain litigation
Advise on policy holder complaint and claims legal matters
Co-ordinates with outside attorneys to define, implement and monitor the litigation strategy and the strength of legal position
Requirements:
Male / Female,max. 35 years old
Min. S1 Degree in Law from reputable university
Min. 3 years of working experience as Legal Manager preferable in Insurance or Banking Industry
Having a strong analytical and conceptual thinking
Strong leadership and communication skills
Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
