Sales Admin Section head
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
Processing Purchase Order to make Sales Order as well as Delivery Order
Invoice , including tax invoice preparation & submission
Managing a team of 30 + HC spread all across Indonesia, including training, guidance & leadership
Stock Allocation across all channels, warehouses & products as per management direction
Working closely with Sales & Marketing team to make successful operations
Presentation/Discussion of issues & suggestions on regular basis to management
Implementing new schemes/ business projects ensuring compliance, speed & accuracy
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 6 to 7 years experience in sales admin
At least 2 year(s) as sales admin section head in current job with multiple location / branches / warehouse.
SAP Knowledge & Experience is a must
Strong communication (in English and Bahasa Indonesia) and leadership skills required
Very strong in excel and also powerpoint (presentation skills/experience)
