Centralized Lialibilities Operation Internship

Responsibilities:
Summary:
This 6 months is provided for recent graduate from reputable university to explore working experience in foreign bank, also for talent pool in Citi Indonesia. As for the responsibilities will be about understanding & Learning Centralized Liabilities Operation (CLO) end to end process to be able to help with G2C migration and FATCA compliance. The details per below:

CLO compliance with FATCA regulation by cleaning up current data and closing gaps
Help to address, escalate and closed issue related to G2C project
Identifying business needs and control required in relation with current CLO end to end process
Learning the policies and procedures for implementing system enhancements at Citi

Requirements:
Good Communication and Interpersonal skill
Ability and patience for working with many parties (of varying levels) within and outside of CLO
Ability to perform good analysis and problem solving
Ability to use microsoft spread sheet to perform data statistic, MIS and data analysis
Willingness to learn (many of which will include hands-on learning)
Available for 6 months contract

Citi Technology Internship - Go to Common Project

Summary:
This 6 months up to a year program is provided for recent graduate from reputable university to explore working experience in foreign bank, also for talent pool in Citi Indonesia. As for the responsibilities:

Support business user to test and validate banking or bankcard modules related with Go To Common project.
Report and documentation of testing result
Follow up business users and regional, ultimately to get sign off for the project.
Learn and execute various banking and bankcard product and process in UAT environment.
Follow up business units and regional team to complete the project within restricted time limit

Requirements:
Internship position available (6 months contract based)
Good in MS Office & Fluent in English (At least written)
Fast learner & adaptable
Fresh graduates level only, preferably with IT background, understand SDLC

System Security Administrator Head

Oversee daily operations of password management to ensure within agreed SLA
Liaison officer between country and regional counterpart and various process owners
Manage ID administration for local application and meet or exceed the SLA.
Manage Manual entitlement review for ID profile and security matrix as per required policy.

Requirements:

1. iCAP
2. Global Custodian Survey (GCS)
3. SFS Capital Market Event

These projects will give benefit to freshgraduate to understand and know SFS business and Citi business.

Responsibilities:
- Dealing with many client’s data and information.
- Coordinate with internal unit to follow up client’s outstanding issues
- Follow-up outstanding cooperation agreements with selling agents and fund managers to close iCAP issues before the deadline.

Requirements:
Has strong knowledge and skills in ms office (excel/word) especially related to the data compiling and merging as well as preparing spreadsheet report to CE and Product team
