Training Manager

Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
Developing concept of Training Needs Analysis (TNA, expected output : Annual Training Matrix & Training Curriculum) and the implementation.
Deliver training (English & Bahasa), both for hard & soft skills.
Supervising and taking policy in the management of program placement, induction, and on the job training of new employees.
Building a good communications and relationships with corporate stakeholders, esp. Sales Team.
Leading a team (trainers).
Having knowledge related to competency based training will be an advantage.

Requirements:
Min. S1, any field.
Min. 5 years of working experiences in finance/insurance/banking company.
Min. 2 years in managerial level, specializing in HR & Sales Training.

Collection Administrator

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
Preparing letter for customers.
Preparing and monitoring receipt payment for Field Collections with possible validating by follow-up call with the client
Making meeting minutes from internal/external meetings
Helping with translation of internal documents from/to English/Bahasa
Daily updating requested data into system, helping teamleaders & Head of Collections with daily operative tasks per request

Requirements:
Min. D3, any field.
English Literature : fluent in both spoken and written.
Preferably : Female, between 22 - 26 years old
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Training Officer

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
1. Developing Training Materials for all distribution channel and corporate training
2. Planning & Coordinating Training
3. Executing Training Plan
4. Evaluating all training that has been delivered
5. Creating improvement plan if necessary

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Management, or Psychology
Min. 1 - 2 years as a Trainer (sales or Human Resources) in Insurances/Multi Finance/Banking/Retail industry will be an advantage.
Able to communicate in English (written and spoken)
Computer literate (MS Office)
Good in communication and presentation skills
Independent, Energetic, and Innovative
