Operation Control Staff - Credit Card & Personal Loan

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
Memahami proses kerja, prosedur dan sistem yang terkait dengan unit yang diperiksa
Melakukan review identifikasi kekurangan atau masalah dalam proses kontrol dan langsung memberikan feedback terhadap pihak terkait
Memberikan laporan hasil temuan dan rekomendasinya kepada Supervisor Operation Control terhadap proses kontrol yang telah dilakukan
Melakukan inisiasi diskusi dan meeting bersama unit-unit terkait dalam hal peningkatan dan perbaikan proses internal
Follow up hasil mitigasi ke unit terkait berdasarkan report sebelumnya

Requirements:
Pria / Wanita, Maksimal usia 25 tahun
Pendidikan minimal S1 dari universitas terkemuka
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Internal Control, Quality Assurance & Audit in Industri Perbankan
Memiliki kemampuan analisa, interpersonal dan dapat bekerja di dalam tim

ATM Product Development Staff

Responsibilities:
Prepare strategies for ATM placement.
Prepare strategies for ATM features development.
Prepare branding strategies.
Running projects of ATM features development.
Maintain and monitoring the performance of ATM based on SLA.
Enhance ATM usage.

Requirements:
Male or Female, 23-28 years old.
Bachelor's Degree in any field with GPA minimum 3.00.
Having minimum 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the ATM field.
Have good analytical skills.
Have a pleasant personality and good appearance.
Good team player and able to work under pressure.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
