Account (Sales) Officer (Kediri)
Kediri (Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing new business for the company’s insurance products.
Identify needs and client business objectives.
Maintain relationship with client.
Prepare and present sales proposals.

Requirements:

Male/Female, max. 30 years old.
Diploma degree in any major, (GPA min 2.7).
Having Experience in Sales at General Insurance or Banking min. 1 year.
Highly Motivated, able to work under pressure, hard worker, discipline, client oriented, energetic, adaptive and fast learner.
Excellent communication & relationship skill.
Home based in Kediri.

Business Process Senior Staff (S.O.P)
Jakarta Raya - Jl. RS Fatmawati, Cilandak Barat

Responsibilities:
To define and maintain SOP’s template, guidelines, document and forms.
To involve in any project development in order to ensure new processes are effectively implemented.
To prepare business process as necessary required for new project development initiative and ad-hoc project.
Recognize weakness and recommend and make corrective action to develop systems and procedures based on company policies.
Socialized and distribute SOP to related department or division.

Requirements:
Male or Female, max. age 30 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, major in Accounting/IT/Management (fresh graduated are welcome).
Experienced in SOP development and able to develop SOP for further advancement.
Familiar with end to end Business Process.
Having good understanding in Document Controller (ISO 9001:2000 is advantaged).
Able to work individually as well as a team.
Computer Literate (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel, Ms.Power Point).
Proficient in English both oral & written.

IT Programmer
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
To analyze system, Develop and Maintain application.
Programming integration with Plug-ins, network, report generator (Jasper).
Familiar with CSS, Smarty, AJAX, EXTJS, JavaBridge.
To Maintain database, PL/SQL, RDBMS and Data Mining.
Producing detailed spesifications and writing the program code.
Testing and modifying systems to ensure reliably operated.
Writing software and operating manuals.

Requirements:
Male/Female, age max.30 years old.
Minimum Bachelor Degree, Computer of Information Technology or equivalent.
Exposures to such programming as Desktop and Database.
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Strong Initiative & Personal Drive.
Proficient in English both oral & written.
Experience with hardware and software issues.
Good analitycal and problem solving skill.
Strong on programming language; Java & PHP.
Good teamwork.
Have experience on database (Postgresql).
