CLAIMS SUPPORT CO-ORDINATOR, INDONESIA - AXA Healthcare Management (AHM)
Responsibilities
Assist the Claims Service Manager in servicing and managing claims services for products of AXA Indonesia entities as well as managing and auditing our appointed TPA in Indonesia, who provide customer service and claims management on behalf of AXA Healthcare Management. The management and audit includes all aspects of servicing the customer requirements including handling of all call enquiries and their follow up, claims administration support, issuance of letters of guarantee as required by the business, management of customer satisfaction programmes and ensuring their needs are met during all times when they are using the benefits of their Healthcare Policy and whenever they have any enquires about their benefits.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree with at least 1 – 2 year of experience in life and medical claims assessment or related insurance operations
Strong analytical, written and communication skills
Good Computer Skill (Microsoft Office is a must)
Independent and meticulous with the ability to work under pressure
Good team work and customer service oriented
Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
