Internship Independent Review & Control Credit Operations
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
Understand existing and new processes in Credit Operation.
Review impact of new processes and policy towards controls in Credit Operation.
Propose process improvement/ reengineering intiatives in Credit Operation.
Revise approved desktop manual, if required and translate to Bahasa Indonesia.
Analysis of new process and policy including impacts towards Credit Operation.
Perform new process, risk and control mapping for Credit Operation
Revise, if required, approved desktop manual and obtain approvals.
Perform translation of desktop manual to Bahasa Indonesia.
Recommendation for process improvement and future development for IRC.
Propose new testing framework for Credit Operation.
Identify process improvement to eliminate backlog and loopholes towards controls.
Review draft of Support Desktop Manual prepared by Independent Review and Control (IRC) and support Quality Improvement.
Understand end to end process flow of all units in Support Department (Credit Operations Group) and identified loopholes, unstandardize practices and discrepancies against the desktop manual.
Propose process improvement/ reengineering intiatives in the Support Departement (Credit Operations Group)
Translate Support Desktop Manual and all its appendices to Bahasa Indonesia.
Analysis of infield practice against draft desktop manual.
Revise, if required, draft desktop manual and obtain approvals.
Perform translation of desktop manual to Bahasa Indonesia.
Assiting in socializations of desktop manual.
Alligh the System Entitlement Matrix to ensure access are appropiate and based on staff needs.
Recommendation for process improvement and future development for Support Department e.g. automation, etc.
Understand the end to end process in the Support Department (Credit Operations Group).
Perform process mapping and identify backlog and propose rooms for improvement, if any.

Requirements:
Internship position(s) available (6 months contract based).
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Mathematics or equivalent.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants only.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Programming skills are advantage.
Perform process mapping and analyze risk and control requirements.

Handles Issuing Chargeback process:
Monitor and control end to end process
Supervise Issuing Chargeback team
Liaise with Association and partner banks

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
Have experience & knowledge process Dispute of Visa & Master
Familiar using the VROL & Mastercom system to process dispute interchange
Have basic skill at Microsoft Excel & Macro is preferable
Proficient in English.
Ability to work with a team
Age below 35 years.
Required to learn and understand Association rules on Card Disputes.
