Product Development Officer

Responsibilities:
Menata dan mengembangkan BPO produk-produk SMB agar tetap sesuai dengan perkembangan bisnis dan regulasi yang berlaku
Memberikan usulan dan mengembangkan produk-produk SMB yang baru
Berfungsi sebagai helpdesk terhadap produk-produk kredit SMB

Requirements:
Pria / Wanita, Single, maksimal 30 tahun
Pendidikan minimal S1 dari jurusan Ekonomi dengan IPK minimal 2.75
Kreatif, aktif, dan inisiatif
Berpenampilan menarik
Memiliki daya ingat dan kemampuan linguistik yang baik
Diutamakan bagi yang telah memiliki pengalaman dalam bidang product development untuk kredit perbankan

Business Process Staff

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
Review branch business process including front liners and back office to be more efficient and effective.
Create or develop new business process for Business improvement.
Involved in system development projects for Business improvement.
Ensure the improvement work process being implemented in Branch.
Work closely with other business unit to ensure business process and system improvement covers Risk Management and Internal Control aspects.

Requirements:
Male/Female max. 27 years old.
Maximum 2 years experience in Banking/Business Process Improvement/Standard Operation Procedure development or system development, or audit operation.
Minimum Bachelor Degree in IT or Industrial Technology from reputable university.
Fluent in English and Computer Literate.
Knowledge and skill in Microsoft Visio is an advantage.
Team player with skills to meet business objectives.
Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Relationship Management Program

Responsibilities:
Manages and promotes business relationship with existing / new customers
Promotes Panin Bank's banking products, especially funding products
Influencing assigned customers to use Panin Bank's banking product (especially in funding)

Requirements:
Maximum 27 years old
Fresh graduate or Experienced are encouraged to apply
Possess at least Bachelor's degree from any major with minimum GPA 2.75 (scale 4.00)
Have a strong willingness to work in marketing area and under pressure
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Fluent in English & Mandarin (preferred both)
Dynamic, energetic and highly motivated
Ready to be placed in Panin Bank major branches all over Jakarta or Indonesia
