The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Banker to adopt a strong client base of customers turning over £2.5m to £25m across a variety of trading businesses. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of businesses of this size, who can talk strategy and vision with Directors from the businesses and provide the right suite of banking products. An established network of contacts and Introducers is ideal; however we will consider those relocating to the area with strong business acumen and a record of proven results.
The Person
This bank is committed to giving very high levels of service to its customers, with results to confirm this, and as such requires a likeminded individual who can balance service levels with sales. Attitude is also key - leadership within the region provides support and a positive working environment and in return will expect results. This is an ideal role for strong performers who may not be receiving the personal development needed in order to progress their careers. A background specialising in dealing with manufacturing companies is desirable but not essential.
