You will benefit from a basic salary of up to £26,000 with guaranteed commission for the first 6months whilst you are training of £500 per month, an unrivalled commission scheme earnings of £40,000 plus in your fist year and more in following, and a corporate benefits and incentives package.
You will be assisted by a telesales team who contribute to up to 50% of your appointments.You will have access to global career advancement opportunities which are communicated to you weekly and UK progression includes Sales Management and Key Account management.
THE ROLE
Selling the contracted confidential waste services to any business sector across the defined region and developing and maintaining clients that you obtain Develop a specified territory by identifying and targeting prospects through any sources, main sources are cold-calling, teleprospecting, and mail campaigns.
You will have the back up and support of a Regional sales manager whenever needed balanced with the autonomy to demonstrate your commercial ability to achieve targets
THE PERSON
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a proactive sales environment.
The preference will be towards candidates with previous field sales experience however the drive and desire to succeed is the most important thing so telesales candidates looking to progress will be considered.
You must be results orientated and motivated by success.
Your aspirations will be to expand your career within a company where there is potential to do this and your should be looking to develop your sales skills by continually seeking any ways to improve
