Finance And Accounting Manager
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects in finance, accounting and taxation areas of the Company which includes ensuring all the reporting compliances to Corporate Office and other requirements
In charges in the annual budget preparation which includes the review and control the variances
Establish a written accounting policies and procedures for better control and improve efficiency
Plan, monitor and control the inventory movements in order to avoid any potential loss from inventory and improve the stock turnover
Design the effective procedure for the front-end and warehouse teams for better control and reporting process which includes daily sales procedures, credit card procedures as well as receiving of inventory
Manage the company’s cash flow
Work closely with other departments in improving the performance of organization
Provide recommendations to the management to achieve Company’s goals and objectives
Assist the Country Director in strategic planning, managing core and significant issues of the Company
Liaise directly with third parties such as principals, auditor, contractors, insurance agent, landlords and bankers, etc
Requirements:
Female / Male, max 35 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (3 years in managerial level)
Experience in retail industry would be advantageous
2 years experience in a Big Four Public Accounting Firms
Having knowledge of Accounting, finance, audit & taxation, assests management, internal control procedures, cash flow management, banking and logistic
Fluent in written and spoken English
Good interpersonal skills, leadership skills, analytical skills
Able to work under pressure
