We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

Training Module Developer - Assets

Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:
Responsible in creating and developing training module, assessment tool and training log book for all Asset training, including training presentation, making standard assessment and guideline to be implemented in all site areas for Asset personal.

Responsibilities:
Implement relevant PTP HSE policies and procedures IN ORDER TO ensure that operations run without interruption due to HSE issues.
Develop Training modules based on Asset Training Competency, Asset Management procedure and ensure to comply the requirements for all site.
Develop standard of assessment tool and log book based on Asset Training Competency.
Review Training modules based on request and requirement from Asset Management Group
Develop standard Training Material Development Plan, Report and Forms for Asset Training Department.

Coordinate and liaise with Trainer Specialist, Training Coordinator, Training Superintendent and other departments such as HSE and Operation in order to develop the training modules in order to support Asset training on site
Practice continuous improvement by improving processes and procedures.
Assist Training Specialist and Training Superintendent in day to day activities
Develop and review weekly / monthly training report and then submit it to the Training Superintendent/ Supervisor

Requirements:
Min. Diploma degree in any major
Good communication in English & Computer literate
Have min. 3 (three) year experience in Asset Training and Training Module
Has proficient knowledge of the various type of model Heavy Equipment which is to be use in mining industry
Good presentation skill and leadership skill.

Business Development Superintendent (Mining)

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
Identify potential business development opportunities and design in Mining and oversee feasibility studies to assess their viability.

Responsibilities:
Identifying business opportunities and evaluating opportunities in mining areas such as mergers and acquisitions, alliances, and business deals.
Monitor and control market research or analysis of projects; evaluate findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations to senior management about the viability of alternative opportunities.
Establish long term professional relationships with potential clients, customers, and partners (for example in government or industry associations) to promote the organisation’s products and services.
Conduct meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners to pursue business opportunities and protect the organisation’s business interest.

Refer sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate contacts within the organisation and liaise with other functional and operational area members to ensure that these referrals are followed-up promptly.
Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of business development analyst professionals to ensure the projects are conducted credibly and that recommendations and reports are accurate and timely.
Lead, direct, evaluate and review work done by mining estimator to get most accurate and competitive price to be submitted to potential client but still giving company a proper margin as stated in company policy.

Requirements:
Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
Min. 5 years exposure in Mining industry or similiar field
Knowledge of legal & administration aspects related Mining government regulations and tender process
Good communication and networking capability

Business Development & Estimating Manager

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
To identify and convert prospects that can be efficiently won by Petrosea whilst minimising the project risk borne by Petrosea. This involves directing and controlling E&C BD function by providing leadership, direction and support to the activity.

Responsibilities:
Plan and develop BD strategy in E&C such that clients choose Petrosea by negotiation rather than open tender
Identify the projects that can be won with whilst minimising wasted estimating effort
Plan out tasks for BD staff including their interpersonal management to ensure employee satisfaction
Projects that are won have low commercial risk
Develop, manage and control the BD budget in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Locate technology partners that when combined with Petrosea will enable alternate projects to be delivered

Establish and maintains effective work relationship within the department, the company and the community, and maintains the professional competence, knowledge and skill necessary for the satisfactory performace of all assigned responsibilities to achieve good working relation between office members.
Establish, review and communicate timely SWOT analysis and BD reporting for internal and external review.
Performs administrative supervisory tasks including evaluating employee performance, source necessary skills and resources based on manpower forecasts to provide managerial supports in administrative matters.

Responsible for the continues development of Petrosea Electronic Tendering System
Ensure that all tender are prepare in accordance with Company procedures
Responsible for managing the estimating workload across all disciplines
Responsible for managing Bid Mangers nominated by the Project Services Manager to execute tenders
Responsible for the continual enhancement of the Company’s estimating procedures
Ensure that all estimates are built up methodically and in sufficient detail and are in accordance with good estimating practice. Sufficient explanatory notes are to be included referring the location of supplementary information

Ensure that commercial term and conditions in subcontractor / vender RFQ packages are back to back with the head contract
Ensure that commercial and technical bid evaluation are completed for all subcontractor / vender proposals and are thoroughly evaluated
Ensure by working closely with the lead estimator, that the Indirect cost estimate is properly prepared and costed
Ensure that labour and equipment productivities are benchmarked against company and or industry norms

Ensure comprehensive tender review packs are complied for all tenders
Ensure a tender kick off meeting is conducted and minuted for all tenders
Ensure that a strategy meeting is conducted and minuted for all tender
Ensures the estimates basis is “current cost” by utilising material prices from current quotations
Ensure that a comprehensive risk and opportunity workshop has been conducted and all risks and opportunities have been identified and evaluated. A strategy to mange and mitigate the risk to the company shall also be complied.
Coordinate the preparation of tender submission document ensuring that all company and client requirements have been addressed.

Requirements:
Able to work extended hours to meet / entertain clients and owners
Demonstrated effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Committed to delivering the best possible service to the internal or external client
Min. 10 years previous experience in Business Development and Estimating in Mining construction sector
Able to travel regionally at short notice
Min. Bachelor degree preferably in Engineering
Able to generate and deliver innovative solutions to bring organisations together
