Senior Key Account for Mortar, Geothermal, Oil and Gas (GOG)

Responsibilities:
Scope of works:
Purpose of this job is to increase revenue, to continue volume development, and to ensure market information transfer during selling oil well cement as well as to maintain existing mortar customers, penetrate new mortar customers and develop new service/product fit for application for customers as an added value.

As Mortar, Geothermal, Oil and Gas (GOG) Sr. Key Account, the incumbent will assume full responsibility for all commercial functions of the operation in the assigned area. Tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to :

To prepare in coordination with the Transformational Sales Manager the annual operating budget for his/her area/country of responsibility
To assure and control sales plan; review deviations within planned performance of his/her area/country and to initiate corrective actions
To develop the present and future markets and the prices for GOG and Mortar segmen
To lead negotiations with customers and issue quotations.
To handle and negotiate with Distributors in order to achieve Target
To create, deliver, and communicate value proposition by provide excellent customer services in order to build up a very strong customer relationship.

To handle costumer complaints and to settle product quality issues
To organize shipment schemes with the use of various transport means and warehouses; organize all export issues related to oil well cement
To coordinate with supporting function for product availability, product quality and on time delivery.
To assure & control account folders, credit limits and payments.
To provide regular report of performance, development and activities in his/her area/country of responsibility

Requirements:
Bachelor degree engineering, preferably from Civil Engineering
Experience as civil engineer, construction material technician or other technical experience in construction business, Oil and Gas industry also mortar industry
Experience in sales and/or application consulting in Oil and Gas and mortar industry
Proficient with Ms.Office(Excel & Word, PowerPoint) Lotus Notes, Internet
Excellence communication skills in Bahasa and English (spoken & written)

Junior Key Account for Concrete Precast Manufacturing (CPM)

Responsibilities:
Purpose of this job is to increase revenue and profit, to continue volume development, to maintain existing CPM customers, to develop team member and also to develop new service/product as a value added to customers.

As CPM Key Account, the incumbent will assume full responsibility for all commercial functions of the operation in the assigned area (West Java, Jakarta, Banten). Tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Proactively maintain the assigned key account and build a strong and long-lasting relationship
Provide excellent service to meet customer satisfaction
Proactively identify and follow up potential project from existing Key Account
Respond and follow-up customer complaints with customer care and internal team
Make regular contacts and visits to customers
Liaise with TSO or other parties when there is a need to provide technical advice to key account.
Make effort for prospecting potential key-accounts as required
Find and follow-up opportunities of new project / new account.

Make quotation and follow up to prospect / potential key-account
Identify potential project and keep contact to new and existing customer
Sell with best price / optimum margin
Proactively monitor the outstanding debt / AR
Cooperate with collector to discharge bad debt
Be prudent and selective with sound business judgment, prior to engaging big contract with customer.
Coordinate with technical and production dept. in trial mix activity for potential project.
Ensure that trial mix can be completed timely with quality and added value as expected

Requirements:
Bachelor degree engineering, preferably from Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing, sales or managerial level of similar concrete or cement industry, preferably 1-2 years in selling construction products
Proficient with Ms.Office(Excel & Word, PowerPoint) Lotus Notes, Internet
