(Selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating and giving recommendation about HR Practices in our Noodle Division in order to develop our organization and people)
Requirements:
A. Basic Requirement
Hold bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university of any major ( Psychology / Human Resource Management preferably), with minimum GPA of 3.0
Experienced (at least 2 years as OD staff or OD Asst)
Good command in English
Computer literate, able to operate MS Office
Placement : Ancol-Jakarta Utara
B. Competencies
Having good knowledge in HR Practices (such as organization design, organization structure, job evaluation, performance management,etc)
Self motivated, eager to learn
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good analytical thinking and problem solving
