Responsibilities :

  • Influence customers to send in necessary documents for credit card application via fax or email
  • Make an appointment for picking up documents at customer's home or office
  • Able to answer general questions regarding the credit card application

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

  • Liaise with external parties as needed when the required product services from outside company.
  • Supporting end-user for daily operations.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all installation, modification and troubleshooting conducted.
  • Troubleshoot network, security and utility problems, determine source, and propose for appropriate solution.
  • Maintain and monitor network and security to meet the organization's current and future requirements.
