AVP Accounting
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
Manage and oversee all accounting functions; general accounting, cost accounting, consolidation, cash management and budget monitoring.
Ensure internal control and compliance with all local accounting, tax, statutory requirements as well as corporate policies.
Liaise with external/ internal auditors, tax agents and banks as necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance with MBA is highly desirable
Minimum 5 years of experience in senior manager position
Exposure from Public Accounting firm is an advantage
Proficient in SAP is a plus
Ability to develop accurate budgets and forecasts, understanding and monitoring business activities and processes is sought
Result and detail oriented, along with strong analytical skill
Demonstrate a high degree of professional competence and integrity
AVP Supplier Quality and Development
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
Develop and improve policies, processes and methodologies to evaluate and qualifying suppliers
Prepare procurement data for government audit, supplier audit or international audit
Determine and assess list of suppliers based on inputs from relevant functions
Evaluate and monitor suppliers, in order to develop on list of preferred suppliers
Follow up and resolve supplier issues based on inputs / request from relevant functions
Develop capabilities / long term partnership with suppliers / potential suppliers to meet operational needs
Requirements:
Degree holder with at least 8-10 years experience in Procurement, preferably exposure in Agribusiness (Oil Palm) industry
Good command of English
Good interpersonal and analysis skill
Executive Recruitment Officer
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
Responsible for identifying and approaching targeted candidates for various vacancies
Data entry into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records
Maintain the filing system of candidate application
Supporting in completion of job application materials and documents and preparation of employment interview and profiling tests
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
Preferably min. 2 years of relevant experience in Recruitment
Good command of English is a must
Dynamic and driven, able to work under tight deadline and pressure
