Cashier

Responsibilities
Scope of works:
• To administrate and provide petty cash disbursement, reimbursement and record petty cash, including the compliance with the system of controls over the issue and safekeeping of petty cash in Narogong plant.
• To replenish petty cash on timely basis to ensure sufficient funds are available and expenses are charged to the proper financial period.

Requirements
Education :
Diploma Graduate from Banking Academy

Experience:
Min 1 year in current position 3 years administrative/ cashier works Relevant training/ courses

Computer literacy:
Knowledge of SAP system, excel spreadsheets, word processing (MS Office ) and Lotus Notes

Language :
Good in English both oral or written

Other qualification / skills :
Sound basic accounting and banking understanding Initiative Communicative Teamwork oriented

Waterway Team Leader

Jawa Barat - Narogong

Responsibilities
Scope of works:
Manage and ensure all inter island and export activities (cement in bag, jumbo bag, bulk cement, and clinker) are running well to avoid complaint from community and customers
Manage inter island / export documentation / the work letter of instruction ( EMKL, Shipping Instruction to Agent, Stevedore, Performa Invoice, Surveyor) to get dispatch and avoid demurrage / dead freight by manage transportation of truck, cargo readiness (comply with customers requirement), loading at plant, unloading at port, reconciliation and equipment maintenance (steel box, big bucket).
Manage all operation receiving container by pack House from the shipping line through Transporter, then container used by Transporter, and finally transfer from Transporter to Shipping line, from there to inter island customers.
Arrange daily planning ship out, Reach Stacker Management, Container Management Empty – Full container readiness prior delivery to inter island customers

Requirements
Education :
Bachelor Degree from reputable university, degree in Management, Shipping, and Logistic is preferable

Experience
Minimum four (4) years experiences in Logistic area.

Language
Good command in English for both oral & written

Computer Literacy
Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes & Goggle Map / Earth

Qualification :
Good understanding on shipping operation and documentation ,
Good understanding about dispatching process from loading point (plant) until delivery to the port (vessel)
Good understanding on relevant Holcim standard for logistic operation, such as Holcim brand (and its image), ISO, dispatch process
Good communication, interpersonal, leadership,and negotiation skill
Strong analytical and problem solving skill
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Aggregate Sales Representative Officer

Cilegon (Banten) - Ciwandan

Responsibilities:
To maintain and grow aggregate sales at a profitable rate in accordance with selling budget.
To provide support to regional sales activities relating to marketing in area.

Requirements
Education
University degree from any discipline, preferably civil engineering, architecture and management

Experience :
Minimum 2 years experience in similar industry

Computer literacy :
Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and SAP user

Language :
Good command in English both spoken& written

Other qualification / skills :
Knowledge of aggregate product, concrete technology and materialswill be advanatge
