Review and enhance existing extraction framework and journey

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and socialize proper process of assurance activity is conducted by all stakeholders to minimize governance issue impacting revenue leakage
Develop and manage the approach for control improvement to prevent repetitious incidents
Control and monitor the assessment of new MDS product model to ensure assessment is conducted in preventing revenue leakage opportunity
Design, plan and develop the coverage enhancement to improve the quality of revenue assurance practice
Plan, organize, and control subordinates’ work through staff’s job-description definition, progress, timeliness & performance review, and resolving outstanding issues to achieve the optimum level of units’ target

Branch Control (Code: 1308 - 010)

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Directly report to General Manager for all branches' activities
Coordinate with all related departments in arranging and determining targets for branches
Monitors, maintains, and evaluates branch performance and productivity
Handles planning and implementation of branch operation policies
Responsible for monitoring and controlling branch costs
Conduct training on various areas of operations and develops all necessary guidelines to motivate all branches' staffs
Ensures that all relevant SOP's are well implemented
Responsible for achieving the satisfactory grades in branch audits



Requirements:

Male / Female
Max 35 years old
Min Bachelor degree any field, with min GPA 3.0 (Preferably from a reputable university)
At least 3 years of working experience as Branch Head / any equivalent position in multifinance / banking industry
Having good knowledge and experience on handling marketing, credit assessment, and collection
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Team player, good leadership skills, and good capability to using Microsoft Office
Willing to be placed in all around Indonesia
