Business Process Senior Staff (S.O.P)

Jakarta Raya - Jl. RS Fatmawati, Cilandak Barat

Responsibilities:
To define and maintain SOP’s template, guidelines, document and forms.
To involve in any project development in order to ensure new processes are effectively implemented.
To prepare business process as necessary required for new project development initiative and ad-hoc project.
Recognize weakness and recommend and make corrective action to develop systems and procedures based on company policies.
Socialized and distribute SOP to related department or division.

Requirements:
Male or Female, max. age 30 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, major in Accounting/IT/Management (fresh graduated are welcome).
Experienced in SOP development and able to develop SOP for further advancement.
Familiar with end to end Business Process.
Having good understanding in Document Controller (ISO 9001:2000 is advantaged).
Able to work individually as well as a team.
Computer Literate (Ms.Word, Ms.Excel, Ms.Power Point).
Proficient in English both oral & written.

Head Sales (Medan)

Medan (Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:
Monitoring and empowering sales.
Coaching & Mentoring.
Coordination of premium collection of new and renewal policies.
Perform analysis to develop new markets and potential clients.
Perform planning and accountability costs.
Report monthly sales activities to the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Group Head.
Responsible for market and potential customer analysis to increase revenues.
Ensuring the capability of the sales team to achieve the objective.
Provide excellent service to existing and ongoing processed customers.

Requirements:
Male/Female, max. age 40 years old;
Bachelor degree from any discipline (A3IK certifications will be advantaged);
Min.3 years exp. in Managerial positions and handling Sales at General / Broker Insurances / Banking / Life;
Strong Leadership, Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill;
English & Computer Literate is a must;
Highly motivated, discipline, honest, client oriented;
Strong knowledge of system, business plan & procedure;
Only local candidates will be processed;
Home based in Medan area.

Finance Staff (Syariah)

Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for cost & cash flow management.
Reminding & collecting outstanding premium.
Reconcile balance sheet account.

Requirements:
Male/Female, age max.28 years old.
Minimum D3 Accounting (Tax recognized will be an advantage).
Minimum experience 1 years in the same positions.
Having Good knowledge of Accounting job like General Ledger, A/P, Account receivable.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Accounting practices & tax regulation.
Brevet A & B is advantage.
Strong Initiative & Personal Drive.
Computer Literate (Word & Excel).
Proficient in English both oral & written.
