Responsibilities:
To control account receivable by dealer:
Pick up data from MOVEX
Prepare time schedule
Submit time schedule to dealers
Received daily payment from FAD dealer
Match & crosscheck payment by dealer & wholesales (by invoice)
Input all payment from dealers per invoice number
Distributed invoice to all dealers

Requirements:
Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Accounting with GPA min 3.00
Fresh Graduate
Age max. 27 years old
Have good analitical thinking, numerical ability, and more on accuracy
Has good interpersonal skill, and able to work in team
English min. passive
Computer literate, fast learned, available work overtime, , and hard working

Field Quality Improvement Staff


Responsibilities:
Vehicle Quality Improvement activity
Phenomenon confirmation for Parts and Vehicles
Collect and analyze field information and incident parts
Supply Counter Measure information to the field (market)
Prepare and distribute Technical Report-FQI
Record, maintain and follow up every technical issue on the market

Requirements:
Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Mechanical Engineering
Has 1 year experience in similar field, preferably from automotive company (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
Age 24-35 years old.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Has big interest in automotive.
Has good knowledge on technical automotive.
Has good analytical thinking, logic of verbal, and good perspective
Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, & able to work as team.
Fast learner, hard working, can work under pressure and available to work overtime, and willing to travel.
Can drive and has driving license (SIM A).

HSE Supervisor


Responsibilities:
Approved permit to work system and ensure all activities are legally
Create morning meeting matrix monthly base
Review HIRACD quarterly
Conduct bi-weekly tools and equipment inspection, and compressed gas inspection
Conduct monthly house, forklift, fuel station, fire prevention, and WWTP inspection
Ensure fire hydrant equipment are in place and ready for use
Conduct training for operator and staff based on required
Ensure MSDS, Safety Alert, Safety Poster, Safety Sign Borad, Safety Campaign Posters, Safety Corner and Risk Assessment are in place and in proper maintain
Inspect places of employment to detect unsafe or unhealthy working condition
Review aspect impact safety & environment

Requirements:
Male
Age 28 – 35 years old
Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Health & Safety or Mechanical Engineering with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
Min 2 years experience in similar field
Able to communicate in English
Good communication skill and leadership
Hardworking, and can work under pressure
Have good perspective, logic of verbal and analitical thinking
