Mechanical Engineering for Graduate required for role with an established renewables company. The Mechanical Engineering Graduate will provide pre-sales technical support to the companyâ€s customers and external sales staff. You will be the first line of support for incoming queries from customers, installers and external sales staff.

The role would ideally suit a graduate of Renewable Energy, Building Services or Mechanical Engineering.

The Role
- Provide 1st line technical support to customers, installers & external staff
- React to enquires from architects, consultants and contractors. Providing advice via email and over the phone.
- Aid in the design and specification of Heat Pumps, Solar PV and Solar Thermal systems
- Primarily office based.
- You will form close working relationships with the BDMs, Product Managers, Technical Managers and Customer Services Team.

The Candidate
- HND or Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Renewable Energy or Electrical Engineering
- Heat pump, solar, boilers or renewables experience - Desirable
- Good IT and Communication skills.
